I was born in the 70's and raised in the 80's in the Northern suburbs of Boston. My dad had a small, solid record collection based around The Stones, Zeppelin, The Police, Talking Heads, Elvis Costello and Neil Young.
I started playing drums at age twelve and picked up a guitar at sixteen. Making up songs and recording them on a four track shortly followed.
In 1999, Made in Mexico Records released my first solo album, How We Spend Our Days. Truckstop Records released my second album Blue Laws in 2001. My Pal God Records released my next EP, Pollensongs, in 2002.
I moved to Seattle in 2003 and joined Pedro the Lion. I did that for a few years.
Returning to Boston in 2007, I fronted a band called The Soft Drugs, who released two EPs, which were later compiled onto one album.
I'm also a mastering engineer, having worked on more than 800 projects for other artists.
